I must have driven by this place dozens of times, or so, without putting any thought into it. It just seemed like a unassuming side of the road place. Last night I became very surprised. We went over because there was a birthday party for my friend's sister. I walked in, it appeared to be a mid size bar/restaurant that was clean and presentable, the decor was nothing extraordinary, but that's fine. It's a functional look. First, I sat at the bar while I waited for my group to show, and the bartender was friendly and receptive. She recommended the Due South caramel cream ale, which I was already a fan of. So, I promptly ordered it. Then my group came in, and we began to cluster around around our table, and we ordered appetizers, we ordered a cheese pizza like an app, nachos and wings. It didn't try the wings, but the nachos were a straight forward quality presentation topped with house made chili. The pizza was actually an original presentation, made with a couple pieces of flat artisanal bread with heaping amounts of cheese that spilled over the sides. The menu isn't large, but that is fine. You really shouldn't overwhelm people with so many items. I ordered the chicken fried steak from the specials, and it was great. The steak was very tender, and still juicy, the breading was very crisp and had a lot of character. And it stayed crispy even though it was topped with heaping amounts of sausage gravy. The gravy was was not watery, or clumpy, and not too thick either, and with very generous amounts of sausage. A very good meal. The waitress had some trouble here and there, and she didn't actually mention the specials, I learned about them from the bartender. But, those issues weren't enough to take away from the experience. All and All, I recommend stopping by this welcoming honky tonk place. BTW, they have great live music there .

Me and my fiancé were on a date an decided we have never been here so let's try it. It was crowded when we got there so we tried to find a park some where. We went in no one greated us or let us know we could seat ourselves another customer just told us we should just seat ourselves so we did waiting an waiting no one came to our table. After about 10 mins of waiting on someone my fiancé had walked to the counter to let a lady know we need menus an want to order because we haven't been waited on yet again we are still being ignored with no one to help us I felt really stupid just sitting there n no one to help us. The customer in behind us were so extremely nice. Then it was a guy that was outside when we were parking and he is laughing with someone else about us parking where we shouldn't park I felt that was SOOO RUDE. It was our first time there WE WALKED OUT AN WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WE KNOW FYI I WROTE THIS ON THERE FB PAGE AND INSTEAD OF SOMEONE APOLOGIZING THEY DELETE MY COMMENT HORRRIBLE PLACE DO NOT MAKE U FEEL WELCOME

My fiancé and I ordered from Johnny Q's when we first moved into our house in August. I'm not gonna lie but I was a little skeptical at first but I was blown away with how amazing the food was!!! Everything we ordered tasted home made. Chicken was very tastey, & nothing tasted frozen. Delivery service is great!!! They are very efficient and extremely fast. We order at least twice a month from them now. Great food, with great service!

I heard about Johnny Q's new menu and specialty pizzas. Decided to stop in and have a beer at the bar and order a pizza to go. The staff was friendly and the bartender was in a great mood because it was her birthday. I ordered my favorite local beer from Due South brewery while looking over the menu. The owner Johnny came by and welcomed me and was very personable. Change of plans and my family met me at the bar to eat there. We ordered the Roman and it was awesome!! The very best pizza I have had in a very long time. It was a perfect blend of cheese and meats. The sauce was very very good. The only thing that beat the sauce was the buttery crust. The perfect combination of chewy and crunchy! Johnny said it was the Brooklyn water or something like that...... I say it must be holy water because this pizza is heaven!!! If you are in the area do yourself a favor and check this place out! This is my go to pizza place!!

This was my first time here, absolutely no regrets. I enjoyed the music, had some snacks, and met some really lovely people. I most definitely will be coming back to this place! I really don't know how I've driven past this place so many times that I can't even count, and had not ever going in before.

Johnny Q's is my kinda place. Plenty of parking and convenient location to WPB and South PBC Big stage and plenty of room to dance. Lots of table, some booths and then a divider to the horseshoe shaped bar in the back. The music was entertaining and the sound was better than I would have expected. The place is known for rocknroll but this band was led by a spunky latino gal with great pipes and solid musicians playing songs from the 80's on up. Met the brother and sister owners very down to earth even dancing as I would if I owned a nightclub as nice as this. Not so incidentally the food that was steadily coming out of the kitchen always a good sign looked good and we asked a few people eating and they were just like chowing and nodding up and down so we got a large 18" peperoni pizza. Perfectly cooked great crust lots of cheese I LIKE THIS PLACE and look forward to my next excursion.

Eating at this restaurant made me feel like I wasn't in Florida anymore. It was homey, and the people (not just the staff) were so friendly. Their menu didn't send me over the moon, but I ordered wings and they were good. They have pool tables, tvs, and a bar. You could tell most of the crowd were regulars. I would visit again.
